All auctions will start with an original bid of 19.95; this is the cost of one month hosting which we give to the winning bidder for free.
The bid will be increased in increments of 5% after each successful bid. The money will be collected and processed by us, we will charge a 10% service fee to compensate us for all the fees we will be paying from CC, PayPal or e-Gold, which will be deducted out of the total bid minus the 19.95 hosting. Once the auction has been completed and payment has been received the funds will be automatically deposited into the seller's account.
The seller and buyer will have to agree on the domain transfer, so, we can complete the transfer of the site to the new owner. All bids are final, and refunds will not be allowed. Only ShiftCode script based sites will be allowed into the auction system at this time, future products will be introduced for the auction system as time will dictate such need.
Auction duration is limited to 14 days from the moment, which any Web Site has been set for auction. Seller has to understand that we will not provide publicity for his auction; such responsibility will be resting with the seller alone. Side deals will not be permitted; we provide the sellers and bidders with a contact form of communication if there are any questions, which need to be clarified by the 2 parties before and after the end of the auction.
